Block Management

VPM offers two levels of service depending on how much support you, the leaseholder Directors, want: Full Management and Admin Assist. Whatever service is chosen, both are underpinned by our principle of Empowerment. This means that you will always be in control of your block’s budget, you choose what works are carried out on your block, by whom and at what cost to you and your fellow flat owners. And through 24/7 access to an online portal (Blocks Online), you and your fellow leaseholders have total transparency about all aspects of your block’s management.

Empowerment doesn’t mean that you won’t be supported if you need it though. Whenever you don’t have the time or inclination to action block management tasks, we can step in – no matter what service you have chosen. And of course, we always ensure that our clients don’t violate any regulatory requirements unnecessarily.
