Right To Manage (RTM)
With VPM’s help, this is a simple process enabling Leaseholders to gain control of their block from the freeholder.
We can help assist with a Rebuild Valuations, so as to ensure your block premium is set at the right cover in the event of total loss. Project Management and on going maintenance is key to any buildings longevity. Planning future works can keep costs down longer term.
We can act as Company Secretary, we would also file your annual return as standard.
Many RMC’s / RTMs choose to have their appointed managing agent to act as Company Secretary.
